Man Shot Dead On The Street In Brownsville, Cops Say

BROWNSVILLE, BROOKLYN — A man was fatally shot after a fight on the street in Brownsville on Sunday, according to police and reports.

The 32-year-old man, who police have not yet identified, was shot in the torso just after 3 a.m. on New Lots Avenue near Mother Gaston Boulevard, according to police.

He was rushed to Brookdale Hospital, but could not be saved, police said.

The victim reportedly had been in an argument with his killer when the person took out a gun and shot him, according to the Daily News.

There were no arrests in the shooting as of Monday morning.
