Mom Finds Son Shot Dead In East New York Home: Cops, Reports
Tristan Templeman, 22, was shot in the head in his home on Montauk Avenue, police said.

EAST NEW YORK, BROOKLYN — A mom came home to find her 22-year-old son fatally shot in the head in East New York on Wednesday, according to police and reports.
Tristan Templeman was found shot in the head in his Montauk Avenue home between Hegeman Avenue and Linden Boulevard around 7:15 p.m., according to police. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
His mom, a healthcare worker, told the Daily News that she had come home from work to find his body behind the door of their second-floor apartment, the outlet reported.

“I opened the door and I found him,” Joan Templeman told the Daily News. “He was a good son. I’m just trying to hold up."
There were no arrests in the homicide as of Thursday morning, police said.
