This Young Brooklyn Man Has Been Missing Since March, Police Say

Matthew Brandon was last seen March 27 at his home in East Flatbush near Brownsville, according to police.

EAST FLATBUSH, BROOKLYN — Police are looking for an East Flatbush resident (pictured above) who has been missing for nearly a month.

Matthew Brandon, 22, was last seen on March 27 at his home, located at 1091 Ralph Avenue, near the border with Brownsville, according to the NYPD.

Brandon's disappearance was reported to police this past weekend by his father, who previously believed his son was on vacation with his mother, according to the NYPD.

(A police spokesman could not provide any further information on the relationship between Brandon's parents.)

Detectives described Brandon as a young black man standing about 5-feet-8-inches tall and weighing approximately 160 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.

Brandon was last seen wearing a blue hat, a blue jacket and blue jeans, police said.
