Teen Girl From East Brooklyn Has Been Missing for a Week, Police Say
Egypt Dingle, a 14-year-old Cypress Hills resident, has been missing since Aug. 2, according to the NYPD.

CYPRESS HILLS, BROOKLYN — A 14-year-old girl from the Cypress Hills neighborhood, located just above East New York, disappeared a week ago and hasn't been seen since, the New York City Police Department (NYPD) announced Monday night.
Egypt Dingle (pictured above) was last seen at her home at 86 Barbey St. around midnight on Aug. 2, according to the NYPD.
Detectives described the girl as standing about 5-feet-1-inch tall and weighing 130 pounds. She has black hair, brown eyes, a dark complexion and was last seen wearing a white shirt, multi-colored sandals and black spandex pants, police said.

Anyone with information on Egypt Dingle's whereabouts can confidentially report it using the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers website or by anonymously calling the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
