Off-Duty NYC Employee Arrested in 84 Precinct
Housing authority worker facing four charges.
A 34-year-old NYC Housing Authority employee was arrested Wednesday on four charges, according to police.
Monica Brown is charged with third-degree grand larceny, fourth-degree grand larceny and third and fourth-degree welfare fraud.
According to police, she was arrested within the 84th precinct at 9:10 a.m.
