Police Release Video Of Suspect In Slaying Near Barclays Center
Police also identified the victim in the Wednesday night killing.

BROOKLYN, NY — Authorities have released a surveillance video showing the man who they say was responsible for fatally stabbing and shooting a man near Barclays Center on Wednesday night.
The short, grainy footage shows a white male in his 40s or 50s wearing a dark jacket, dark jeans, dark shoes and a white shirt.
The victim was also identified as 47-year-old Steven Vargas, who lived on Staten Island.

Vargas was found dead by authorities on Fourth Avenue near Atlantic Avenue on Wednesday night around 8:20 p.m. He had a stab wound in his chest and had been shot multiple times in his upper body.
