Man Crashes Into Pole In Center Moriches
The crash took place Sunday night, police say.
CENTER MORICHES, NY — A man was injured after he crashed into a pole in Center Moriches Sunday night, police said.
According to Suffolk County Police, the single-vehicle crash took place on Moriches-Middle Island Road at 8:45 p.m. when a man, driving a 2001 Lexus SUV, left the roadway and hit the pole.
He was transported to Long Island Community Hospital in Patchogue for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
