Dead Homeless Man Found in Central Park
The NYPD responded to a 911 call and found the body of a man on the southern edge of Central Park on Tuesday night.
Police responded to a 911 call late Tuesday night only to discover a dead body in Central Park.
According to police, they took a call about an unconscious man in the park at Seventh Avenue and Central Park South at 11:05 p.m. When they arrived, they found an unresponsive man in his 30s. Paramedics were called, but they were unable to revive the man, who was pronounced dead.
Police say there were no obvious signs of trauma, and an investigation into the death is underway.

Multiple sources are reporting the man was homeless. His identity has not been released.
