Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester Celebrates Thanksgiving

Mount Kisco, NY (November 2023) – Thanksgiving started early for pre-schoolers at the Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester in Mount Kisco. The 3, 4 and 5-year-olds celebrated with a feast on Tuesday, Nov. 21 with all the fixings and a song. This is the first celebration since the club opened its Head Start Preschool program earlier this month.

The new Head Start Preschool program is a free early childhood program serving children ages 3-5 from eligible low-income families. Due to a longstanding partnership with the Bedford Central School District, the Club also runs the Universal Pre-K program there.

The Club also hosted a feast later that evening for families of after-school students.

The BGCNW’s preschool program began over 35 years ago.
