Boutique San Francisco Chocolatier To Open Chelsea Pop-Up Shop
Dandelion Chocolate is famous for its meticulous approach to dessert.

CHELSEA, NY — A high-end San Francisco chocolatier is setting up shop in Chelsea for 9 short days this week.
Dandelion Chocolate is opening a pop-up shop in Chelsea on Saturday, and will stick around for 9 days. The chocolate shop is famous for its meticulous approach to the dessert, which it describes as a "bean-to-bar" process that differentiates Dandelion chocolates from the options you can get at the Duane Reade checkout.
The Chelsea pop-up will open on Saturday at 180 Ninth Ave., which previously housed the cafe Fika. Some of Dandelion's cafe standbys include frozen hot chocolate, a Madagascar PB&J (made with peanut butter, raspberry ganache on a Madagascar brownie), and a chef's tasting menu of Dandelion's different chocolate treats.
