Brute Choked Woman In Chelsea Hotel Posing As Delivery Man: NYPD
The man forced his way into the 27-year-old's hotel room and throttled her before running off, police said.

CHELSEA, NY — A brute posing as a delivery man forced his way inside a woman's Chelsea hotel room and throttled her before running off, police said.
The man entered the Four Points Sheraton Hotel on West 25th Street near Seventh Avenue on Sept. 10. He knocked on the 27-year-old victim's door at about 10:30 p.m., pretending to deliver a package.
When the 27-year-old victim opened the door, the man shoved her inside and on to her hotel room bed, wrapped his hands around her throat and began choking the woman. After a few moments, the man suddenly bolted from room, running west out of the hotel toward Seventh Avenue, authorities said.

Police describe the strangler as about six-foot-five, 225 pound with an afro and glasses. He was last seen wearing a black and blue hoodie and blue jeans.
