Chelsea Man Goes Missing In Harlem: NYPD

CHELSEA, NY — Police are searching for a missing Chelsea man who was last spotted in Harlem, authorities said Tuesday.

Relatives reported Stephen Andrews, 56, missing on Monday after he vanished more than a week ago. Andrews was last seen leaving the Harlem Hospital at 506 Malcolm X Boulevard on July 28. Police said it is unclear why Andrews visited the hospital.

Officials describe him as a black man, approximately five-foot-six and 130 pounds.
