Man Killed With Own Knife After Slashing Victim In NYC Subway: Reports

NEW YORK, NY — A man who slashed a victim in a subway station died of stab wounds when the victim turned the attacker's knife on him, according to reports.

The incident happened at the 14th Street Subway Station just after 7 p.m., the New York Post reported.

The man who died had been arguing with two other men inside the 14th Street station when he pulled out a knife and slashed one in the torso then ran away, ABC7 reported.

The 24-year-old man who was slashed and his friend then chased the attacker and got the knife then stabbed the attacker, the ABC report said.

Both injured men were taken to the hospital, where the intial attacker died from a stab wound in the chest, WPIX 11 reported.
