UNION SQUARE, NY - A 32-year-old straphanger was groped by a man exiting an L train at the 14 Street-Union Square subway station last month, authorities said.

The victim was standing on the southbound L train platform on Dec. 29 about 4:20 p.m. when a man who had just exited a train grabbed her buttocks, police said.

The man was last seen fleeing inside the subway station, police said. The victim did not report any physical injuries as a result of the incident.

The individual is described as a man about five feet 11 inches tall.
