Police Search For Subway Masturbator

CHELSEA, NY — Police are searching for a subway masturbator, who was spotted by commuters masturbating on trains on two days in September and October, police said.

The man, believed to be in his 50s, was first spotted on an E train stopped at the 53rd Street subway station, police said. A 34-year-old woman told police she saw the man masturbating on the E train at about 8:30 a.m.

More than a week later on Oct. 11, a different commuter told police he saw the same man masturbating on an A train near the 14th Street station.

Police are asking for the public's help in identifying and locating the man.
