The talk show host Wendy Williams fainted during a live broadcast of her show on Tuesday morning.

CHELSEA, NY — The talk show host Wendy Williams fainted on Tuesday during a live broadcast of her show, according to witnesses and audience members.
Video footage and tweets from people watching the broadcast show Williams, dressed for Halloween as the Statue of Liberty, preparing to introduce her first guest before stumbling and then collapsing on stage.
Patch was not immediately able to contact anyone at the Wendy Williams show to inquire about her condition. Williams reportedly recovered shortly after the episode, telling her audience that she overheated in her costume.
