Woman Assaulted By 2 Different Men At Chelsea Party, Police Say

CHELSEA, NY — A woman was sexually assaulted by two different men at an apartment party in Chelsea on Saturday morning, police said.

The 25-year-old woman was at a private party near West 17th Street and Ninth Avenue early on Saturday. While there, the woman told police that a man followed her into the bathroom at the party and assaulted her at about 4:30 a.m., an NYPD spokesman said.

Later, the man's friend also entered the bathroom and sexually assaulted the woman a second time, police said. Police did not have additional details about the reported assaults.

The New York Post was first to report on the incident. The newspaper said that the woman's attackers left the party together, leaving the woman on the bathroom floor.

No arrests have been made and police are still investigating.
