Commack Idol Semifinals

Land Closures: Route 347
From Tuesday through Friday (Dec. 10-13), one eastbound lane between Brooksite Drive and Mount Pleasant Road on Route 347 will be closed from 6:30 a.m. until 11 a.m.

Cantor Fitzgerald Documentary at Cinema Arts Centre
A documentary that examines the Sept.11 attacks and the effects on Cantor Fitzgerald will be shown Tuesday. Cinema Arts Centre (423 Park Ave., Huntington) will show Out of the Clear Blue Sky at 7:30 p.m.
Huntington Town Board to Meet
The Town Board will meet Tuesday at 7 p.m., with two major projects on the table. It will consider a settlement proposed for the Ruland Road apartment project and conduct hearings on zoning changes for the Columbia Street housing and Renaissance Downtowns hotel plans.
Commack School Board Meeting
The Commack School Board will meet Thursday (Dec. 12) at Commack High School at 7:30 p.m.
