Cops: Commack Man Let Minors Drink in Home
Patrick Perillo violated the Social Host Law, police said.

A Commack man was ticketed for allowing minors to drink alcohol in his home during a party early Sunday, police said.
Police came to the house located on Ulster Court after a neighbor called 911 to report a loud party.
Fourth Precinct officers arrived to find minors drinking alcohol and playing a "drinking game."

Patrick Perillo, 20, was given an appearance ticket for violating the New York State Social Host Law, which punishes homeowners and residents who allow minors to consume alcohol in their home. Perillo hosted the party, police said.

He is scheduled to appear in First District Court in Central Islip on August 30.
