Man Steals Vacuums Worth $1.9K In Commack: Police

The man stole Dyson vacuums from Target and is wanted for grand larceny, police say.

COMMACK, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help finding the man who, police said, stole merchandise from a Commack store in September.

A man stole three Dyson vacuums from Target, at 98 Veterans Memorial Highway, on Sept. 29, police said. The merchandise was valued at approximately $1,900, police said.

Police ask anyone with information to reach Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and leave an anonymous tip via phone call at 1-800-220-TIPS, using a mobile app which can be downloaded through the App Store or Google Play by searching P3 Tips, or online at www.P3Tips.com. A cash reward is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
