Suffolk Y JCC Hanukkah Party Features Bounce House, Menorah Lighting
Community members welcome to attend free holiday party to celebrate the Festival of Lights.
To celebrate the Festival of Lights, members of the community are invited to take part in a free Hanukkah party, featuring a bounce house and menorah lighting, at the Suffolk Y JCC in Commack Nov. 24.
Families are invited to enjoy latkes, create Hanukkah candles, play dreidels and enjoy and reading of "When Mindy Saved Hanukkah." There will also be a candle lighting celebration and children will receive chocolate gelt and dreidels.
The party will take place from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.
Guests are encouraged to bring new toiletry items for donations.
