Woman Injured When Vehicle Overturns In Commack
The woman was seriously injured when she drove off the road, causing her vehicle to flip over, police say.
COMMACK, NY — A woman was seriously injured in a motor vehicle crash in Commack on Saturday morning, Suffolk police said.
Cindy Membreno-Reyes, 35, of Brentwood, was driving a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe on the entrance ramp between Express Drive North and exit 53 when her vehicle left the road and overturned at 8:50 a.m., police said.
Membreno-Reyes was transported by Commack Volunteer Ambulance to a nearby hospital for treatment of serious injuries, police said.

The Chevrolet was impounded for a safety check. Detectives are asking anyone with information on the crash to call the Fourth Squad at 631-854-8452.
