2nd $1M Winning Lottery Ticket Sold On Long Island

The winning ticket was sold at a 7-Eleven on Long Island, according to the New York Lottery.

WEST BABYLON, NY – A prize-winning Holiday Cash scratch-off ticket worth $1,000,000 was sold on Long Island, according to the New York Lottery.

According to officials, the lucky winner, Ralph DeRosa, of Flushing, purchased the ticket at a 7-Eleven on Route 109 in West Babylon.

DeRosa received a one-time lump sum payment of $428,568 after required withholdings.

This is the second million-dollar win on Long Island this week.

All top prizes on the $1,000,000 Holiday Cash ticket have been claimed. Valid lower-tier prices may be claimed on or before January 13, 2026.
