5 Library Events Happening This Week

1. Summer Bookmark: Create a bookmark for your summer reading at the Deer Park Library on Monday at 7 p.m.

2. Knitting Club: Novice and advanced knitters are welcome to join this knitting club, led by Roberta. The group meets Monday at 10 a.m. at the North Babylon Library.

3. Student First Aid: Students in grades 6 through 12 can learn the basics of first aid and preparedness from an American Red Cross representative on Tuesday at 7 p.m. at North Babylon Library. Open to North Babylon district residents only.

4. Mini Beach Hanging: Make a mini beach hanging at Deer Park Library on Wednesday at 3 p.m.

5. From Jazz to Soul: Rhonda Denet  and the Silver Fox Song Duos will be at the North Babylon Library to perform their From Jazz to Soul show. The performance will be held on the lawn, weather permitting. Make sure to bring a chair. Registration is required for the performance if it is held indoors.
