Blog Spotlight: Housing Market Pivots Toward the Seller

In local real estate agent Tami Hernandez talked about the recent changes she is hearing about in the market place.

"The Long Island real estate market is clearly rebounding, but not because prices are crazy. It's simply the 'old' rule of supply and demand," she wrote.
