Industrial Property On Long Island Sells For $5M: Report
An industrial property on Long Island formerly occupied by a saw manufacturer has sold for $5 million, Long Island Business News says.

WEST BABYLON, NY — An industrial property on Long Island has sold for $5 million, according to a report from Long Island Business News.
The 24,000-square-foot building is located on 1.5 acres at 47-49 Jersey St. in West Babylon, LIBN said.
According to the outlet, 47-49 Jersey St. LLC, an affiliate of Farmingdale-based commercial real estate investment firm M&A Realty, purchased the property.

LIBN said the property was formerly occupied by Mineola-based Great Neck Saw Manufacturers and that Luciano Oliverio of Summit Commercial Real Estate Corp. represented the buyer, while David Hunt of Hunt Corporate Services represented the seller, Jacoff Rlty Assoc. LLC.
