1504 Cortelyou Road Still Up For Grabs

1504 Cortelyou Road, formerly known as Solo Kitchen & Bar, is still on the market, says Rama, the space's owner. 

He noted there have been a couple of prospective buyers, but interested parties who are just learning of the vacancy still have a shot.

As to what should open there, one interested party was considering a grocery store, but Rama said the space continues to be optimal for a restaurant and bar combination.

Many of you weighed in on the space naming a spa, Indian restaurant and consignment shop for kids clothing and toys as desireable outlets. An old-fashioned and basic diner was also a popular idea.
