Airborne Event Broadcasts from Castello Plan Monday

The Airborne Event, hosted by Ditmas Parker Dan Bodah on 91.1 WFMU, will broadcast live from The Castello Plan from 9 p.m.-12 p.m. Monday night.

The broadcast will feature Frankenpine and Lexi Roth.

"Five-piece acoustic string band Frankenpine, named after the cell phone towers shaped like trees, fills their songs with old time inspiration and tight harmonies," Bodah said. "Lexi Roth's dark, languid voice and guitar are perfect settings for her introspective lyrics."

He said that the broadcast can also be heard at 91.1 FM or online at WFMU's website. The broadcast will be available Tuesday on the show's archive page.
