Ditmas Park and Flatbush: Get to Know Your Community Leaders at Annual Schmoozefest
How better to meet Community Board 14 — aka, the folks making decisions for your neighborhood — than over a few evening refreshments?
FLATBUSH, BROOKLYN — If you'd like to become more involved in the issues impacting your community, next Wednesday is a good day to start.
Community Board 14, which weighs in on government and community decisions impacting parts of Ditmas Park and Flatbush, will host its annual reception on June 22 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The event will welcome new board members and recognize community leaders for their public service, according to a CB 14 flyer announcing the gathering.

The reception will take place at CB 14's office, located at 810 East 16th St. in Flatbush.
