Community Service Center Opens in Ditmas Park

A new community service center is now open on Church Avenue, servicing those in the community with questions about healthcare enrollment, Medicaid and Medicare as well as other customer services.

Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz, HealthPlus and Amerigroup Company gathered Thursday to announce the opening of the new office.

Comprised of 17 employees, the center will host a call center as well as a walk-in office.

The Center is located at 2009 Church Avenue, one block from Flatbush Avenue, and is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
