3. A U.S. Department of Labor investigation found that a contractor failed to provide "life saving" protection and training to workers at a construction site in Flatbush on 1045 Flatbush Avenue. One worker fell from the building while it was undergoing demolition. (WorkersCompensation.com)
4. Mayor de Blasio announced a vaccine mandate for all private-sector workers starting on December 27th — just days before he leaves office in January. He also announced that kids 5-11 years old would be included in the indoors vaccine requirement already in place. (NYC Patch)
