Film Looks for Ditmas Park Location
'Kilimanjaro' filmmakers search for a home in Ditmas Park to film in.

Filmmakers are searching for a home in Ditmas Park that can be used for their movie.
'Kilimanjaro' tells the story of Doug Collins, a 20-something-year-old who has been wading through a routine, unsatisfactory job and an increasingly miserable relationship.
"After his girlfriend moves out, Doug decides he will live a more fulling life -- starting with a trek to the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro," Associate Producer Ian Samplin said.

"We are looking for a home in the Ditmas Park area which will be used for the protagonist's parent's home," Samplin continued.
"We would only need two days to shoot this and our preferred dates for this location are any two which fall between June 11 and June 13. We would be filming both inside and outside of the home. Our crew consists of roughly 20-25 people. Pay is $300 a day."
