Conflict between Brooklyn Democrats–with Flatbush Assemblymember and county boss Rodneyse Bichotte-Hermelyn in the spotlight–is now being described as a "civil war" that pits Hispanic and Black leaders against one another, as well as "reformers versus what they call the machine," after lawmakers held a press conference on Friday.
