1. Flatbush's own Little Haiti officially got its own subway station on Thursday. Did you know that 67,000 Haitians live in Brooklyn? This is the third train station renaming in Brooklyn in the past year and a half–and all three of them have been to honor the borough's Black history. (Brooklyn Paper)
