Missing Flatbush Woman Last Seen at the Corner of Nostrand and Foster

FLATBUSH, BROOKLYN — A 39-year-old Flatbush resident has been missing since Sep. 7, police said.

Fabian Manasse (pictured above) was last seen on that day at 9 a.m. at the intersection of Nostrand Avenue and Foster Avenue.

Detectives describe her as a black female standing about five-foot-five-inches tall and weighing about 92 pounds. She has a thin build, brown eyes and brown hair. Detectives do not know what she was last wearing.

Anyone with information on Fabian can confidentially report it using the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers website or by anonymously calling the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
