Morning Tip: Ditmas Park Sees High Allergy Levels Monday

Ditmas Parkers with allergies will want to avoid venturing outdoors if they can as pollen concentrations for Monday will be increasing in the high range, according to Pollen.com. 

Pollen concentration levels will increase to a medium-high level of 9.2, due to drier air. Pollen levels between 7.3 and 9.6 tend to affect a large number of individuals who suffer from the pollen types of the season. 

Predominant pollens include ragweed, nettle and grasses, so try to avoid areas with a predominance of those pollens.
