Morning Tip: Lark, TD Bank Open Friday

Ditmas Park will see new business this morning as Lark Cafe and TD Bank hold their grand openings for the entire neighborhood to enjoy.

Lark Cafe is located at 1007 Church Avenue and will open its doors from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Patrons will have their choice of baked goodies and local treats, including Bagel Hole bagels, Dough doughnuts, Magpies poptarts and Blue Marble icecream.

TD Bank, located at 1623 Flatbush Avenue near Brooklyn College, will celebrate opening from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. 

Entire families, including pets, are welcome to come to the celebration, which is free and open to the public. It will feature a free hot dog cart, bagged snacks and soft drinks and a DJ and balloon artists. 

The opening will also include games and prizes, including a chance to win a $1,000 electric Jetson bike with a rechargeable battery and will feature a ribbon cutting ceremony.
