NYPD School Safety Agent Edward Peterson has been accused of forcing oral sex on a teenaged boy who lived in his building, cops said.

FLATBUSH, BROOKLYN — An NYPD school safety agent is accused of forcing oral sex on a teenage boy who lived in his Brooklyn apartment building in 2013, according to the NYPD.

Edward Peterson, 49, was arrested in his home on Farragut Road and East 29th Street about 2:30 a.m. Sunday morning and charged with a criminal sex act, police said.

The alleged victim, now 23, accused Peterson of molesting him in the safety agent's home between May and June, 2013, when he was about 17 years old, according to police.

Police did not disclose where Peterson served as an NYPD school safety agent.

Responsibilities for safety agents include patrolling school buildings, escorting visitors and ensuring the safety of students, according to the NYPD.

Peterson is slated to be arraigned on criminal sex act, sexual abuse and sexual misconduct charges in Brooklyn Criminal Court on Monday.
