Paid Internship Opportunities with Flatbush Tenant Coalition
The FTC is looking for two interns for community organizing work this summer.

The Flatbush Tenant Coalition at Flatbush Development Corporation is hiring one high school-level and one college-level intern for community organizing work this summer.
FTC is a group of tenant associations working collectively to advocate for tenants' rights to change conditions deemed unsatisfactory.
Interns will work with the organization's staff and tenant leaders to help organize tenant associations and develop campaigns for repairs.

Applicants must be between 15 to 23-years old with availability to work some evenings and weekends. Candidates who are bilingual (English and Haitian-Creole or Spanish) will be strongly considered. The internship pays $10 per hour and runs through the summer.
To apply, candidates must submit a resume and a one-to-two paragraph essay explaining what they expect to contribute to the community during the internship.
