Police Shoot, Kill Dog That Attacked 2 In East Flatbush: Reports
The dog bit its owner and another man who tried to intervene on Wednesday, sources report.

EAST FLATBUSH, NYC — New York City police shot and killed an aggressive dog during a 911 call on Wednesday afternoon, according to several media reports.
Police were in the area looking for the suspect of an unrelated crime when a pit bull jumped a fence and attacked its owner, The New York Daily News reports. The dog bit its owner and another man who tried to pull the dog away before it was shot and killed.
News 12, which reported a large police presence in the area after the incident, said officers fired several shots, at least one of which struck the dog. The animal died at the scene.

Two victims, a 19-year-old man and a 42-year-old man were taken to a Kings County Hospital with minor injuries, according to the Daily News. It's unclear which of the men was the dog's owner.
