Q Train Service Changes To Continue Into December
Coney Island-bound Q trains will continue to skip local stops between 9:45 a.m. and 3 p.m. on weekdays for another eight weeks.

If you live near the Cortelyou, Beverly or Ave. H stops, keep your walking shoes out, because midday service changes on the Q train are slated to continue until Dec. 19.
Trains on the Q line are skipping local stops between Sheepshead Bay and Prospect Park in one direction (which varies by week) between 9:45 a.m. and 3 p.m. on weekdays. The sevice change will continue through Wednesday Dec. 19, when all work is expected to be completed, according to an MTA spokeswoman.

During this period B trains will be making local stops in the opposite direction of the Q trains that are running express.
