Just because it's the weekend, it's no excuse to skimp on your exercise! Here are a few things going on in Ditmas Park on Sunday that are sure to keep your blood pumping:

This is an open level yoga class is at 10 a.m. and is for students of all levels of experience, from beginners to more advanced practitioners. The class is $17.




This intermediate Zumba class is at 12 p.m. and is for students who have had some experience with the Latin dance-inspired moves. The class costs $15.

At 1:15 p.m. head to this vigorous approach to traditional methods of yoga. This weekly class at Namaste Yoga of Kensington will get you stretching, moving, and sweating. Power Vinyasa Yoga is appropriate for all levels of students. Beginners will be given direction, and more advanced students will be provided with advanced variations. The class costs $17.



If you've always wanted to try yoga, but never knew where to start, this 3 p.m. class will lead you from the very beginning. Designed for students who are brand new to the practice, or those who haven't practiced in a long time and want a refresher, Gentle Beginners Yoga is taught as a 4- or 8-week series, though you may pay for additional classes as long as you'd like. The price is $65 for 4 weeks; $130 for 8 weeks.
