  • Ditmas Parkers are selling their studio apartment at 1710 Avenue H for $159,000. The home is in a prewar building, includes an eat-in kitchen and an 80 sq-ft terrace! There is an open house this Sunday, Sept. 16 from 12-1:30 p.m.
  • Also on Sunday is a stoop sale at 222 East 3rd St. between Caton Ave. and Albemarle Rd. from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. They will be selling baby girl clothes 0-12 months, a three-tiered glass tv stand, jewelry, books, women's clothes, children's books and infant and toddler toys.
  • Looking for a place to observe Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur? Celebrate the high holidays at Temple Beth Emeth, a reform Jewish congregation located at 83 Marlborough Rd. Erev Rosh Hashanah will be observed Sept. 16 at 8 p.m. . Tickets are $36 for first time celebrants and $200 for non-member returning celebrants. One ticket is good for one person for all events. Family services are FREE.
