Patients receive treatment that focuses on the arms and legs while in a group setting.

The Flatbush YMCA is hosting its weekly diabetes prevention program today at 7 p.m.
Attendees can learn how to increase physical activity, eat healthy and decrease stress to prevent or delay the onset of type 2 diabetes.
The weekly one-hour session is led by a trained lifestyle coach and costs $40.
