Visions for Vacancies in Ditmas Park: 1022 Cortelyou Road

This week we head to 1022 Cortelyou Road, the former home of , a cafe that saw much action and controversy in its hey day. The space is prime real estate and any store that opened there would join the row of popular establishments, including , and . 

We reached out to the phone number posted on the store front for those interested in the retail space, and someone familiar with the property said that while there are a couple of parties interested in the space, there are no concrete plans for moving forward.
