OAKDALE, NY — Connetquot School community members residents have spoken.
The Connetquot School District's 2023-2024 proposed budget of $215,379,812 with a budget-to-budget increase of 3.84 percent and a tax levy increase of 3.2 percent passed with 2,150 votes for "yes" and 956 votes for "no."
In the race for Board of Education, four candidates ran for two seats.

Jacquelyn DiLorenzo, who received 1242 votes, and April Ianitelli, who received 1491, won and will serve as trustees.
Milynn Augulis obtained 1129 votes and Craig Amarando obtained 1006 votes.
