Lessing's Hospitality Trio Earns Prestigious Wine Spectator Award

Lessing’s Hospitality is proud to announce that three of their fine dining properties have earned the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence – View in Oakdale, Sandbar in Cold Spring Harbor and Mirabelle in Stony Brook. The Award of Excellence is given to restaurants with thoughtfully chosen selections appropriate for the cuisine and representative of a range of regions and styles. The lists can vary in size but typically offer 90 options or more. This year 1,673 restaurants earned the Award of Excellence. The wine list at View, curated by Joe Scalice, offers a selection of 143 bottles representing 48 wine regions around the world. At Sandbar the wine list, curated by James Olsen, offers a selection of 180 bottles representing 4 wine regions around the world. At Mirabelle the wine list curated by Rae Marie Renna offers a selection of 110 bottles representing 40 wine regions around the world.
