What to eat: Southern favorites with a twist: Pinky's Space brands itself as "French Southern" comfort food. The takeout-only spot serves its main dishes with biscuits, but they all come with something a little unexpected. The braised brisket dish includes orange shallot marmalade, and the turkey biscuit comes with lingonberry jam.

This post has been corrected to note the appropriate era that inspired Rag Trader. It was the 1940's, not the 1920's.
