An accident on Montauk Highway in Wainscott closed down eastbound traffic while one vehicle was cleared from the scene.
The accident was reported on Montauk Highway, near East Gate Road, at about 4 p.m.
The Bridgehampton Fire Department responded to the scene with one ambulance, while fire police shut down eastbound traffic.
