Christie Brinkley's Pissed Off At Woman Who Allegedly Urinated Near Her Hamptons Home
Their feud continued on social media.
Southampton, NY – Thanks to her ex Billy Joel, former supermodel/business woman Christie Brinkley will be forever known as the ultimate Uptown Girl, but now we know she can get down in the fray when she thinks she needs to.
And she did it with a garden hose. And an Instagram post.
According to the Daily Mail, it all started on the night of July 2, in the North Haven section of Sag Harbor where Brinkley has a $15.7 million house. Another woman, Erica Remkus, says she was looking for a place to relieve herself on the beach, and Brinkley says she “was forced to hose down her mess after she urinated in my yard.”

Two days later, on July 4, after Remkus had already posted her story on social media, Brinkley took it to the Instagram mat, writing: "I know it’s Independence Day but that does not mean 'free to pee' in front of my guests and me at my fireworks gathering. . . . My wish for everyone on this Fourth of July is . . . May you live in the Land of the Free from belligerent drunken stalkers with weak bladders and foul mouths. (that’s not too much to ask right?)"
Remkus had posted on her Facebook page, reports the New York Daily News, that the modeling icon had told her she couldn’t urinate on her property, and Remkus replied the beach was public. Then she said Brinkley said she would spray her with a garden hose.

And Brinkley, who had friends with her, according to Remkus, did exactly that, from about 30 feet away. What did Remkus do next? She says not only did she urinate, but she also threw glow sticks at Brinkley.
Remkus says Brinkley then called the police. Page Six reported the police did come and "interviewed Remkus but declined to cite her."
Last month Patch reported Brinkley put another one of her Hamptons homes on the market for $29.5 million.
Brinkley ended her Fourth of July Instagram posting with an olive branch and a nice plug for her own brand of prosecco: "Peace! I’ll raise my glass of Bellissima Prosecco to that . . . Cheers Happy 4th to everyone!"
